One or more embodiments of the present specification provide a DCCP-based congestion control method and system, and an electronic device, which can ensure high efficiency and fairness of data traffictransmission in a wireless sensor network. The method comprises the following steps: enabling a receiving end to cache a received data packet; returning receiving confirmation information to the sending end when the data packet is received; after the data packet is received, detecting and duplicate checking are carried out on the data packet; and enabling the sending end to control the data packetsending rate according to the receiving confirmation information in allusion to different network operation states. The system comprises a sending module and a receiving module. The electronic deviceincludes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor to implement the congestion control method.
