Abstract

The method comprises the steps of S1, spaceflight depression syndrome model molding, namely adopting closed isolated culture, simulated weightlessness, noise and circadian rhythms to verify the condition of accepting simulated spaceflight stress stimulation of adult SD male rats; and S2, spaceflight depression syndrome model behavioristics evaluation, namely detecting a depression syndrome state condition through a sweet water preference experiment, an open field experiment, a Morris water maze experiment, a step-down experiment and a forced swimming experiment. According to the simulated weightlessness manner, a Chen Jie improved tail crane is adopted, and an angle of 30 degrees is formed between the body and the horizontal plane; for day and night rhythm change, day and night alternation of space flight in 90 minutes in a light and shade period is simulated through light control; and for the step-down experiment, an electrified copper grid is laid at the bottom of a reaction box, animals are shocked by electricshock, and for a normal reaction, the animals jump onto an insulating platform in the box to avoid harmful stimulation.
