The particle dynamic response test device comprises a plurality of particle units, wherein each particle unit comprises an embedded body capable of generating magnetism under the action of electromagnetism and a wrapping body wrapping the embedded body in a sealed mode; a particle flowing groove provided with a groove body used for containing the particle units fortesting, wherein one side of the groove body serves as an adsorption side, and the other side of the groove body is transparent and serves as an observation side; a baffle component matched with theparticle flowing groove, wherein the baffle component and the particle flowing groove jointly define a space for arranging and stacking the multiple particle units; and an electromagnetic chuck arranged on the adsorption side of the particle flowing groove, wherein the particle units are adsorbed to the adsorption side of the particle flowing groove by generating electromagnetic force to form stable particle columns, and the particle columns freely collapse by removing the electromagnetic force.
