Abstract

The invention provides a cistanche deserticola polysaccharide extraction method which comprises the following steps: (1) extracting cistanche deserticola medicinal material coarse powder with ethyl acetate and ethanol in sequence, and collecting medicine residues to obtain degreased cistanche deserticola powder; (2) adding papain, cellulase and pectinase into degreased cistanche deserticola powder, adding water to enable the solid-liquid ratio to be 1: 20-1: 25 times, performing enzymolysis, performing ultrasonic extraction for 0.5-0.75 hour for 1-3 times, combining filtrates, centrifuging, taking a supernatant, concentrating, adding ethanol into a concentrated solution until the total concentration of the ethanol is 80 percent, and standing; centrifuging to obtain precipitate, and freeze-drying the precipitate.
