The preparation method comprises: heating, dissolving and mixing the phenolic fungicide and the polyhydric alcohol; adding an emulsifier and mixing evenly after cooling down; adding nicotinamide and mixing evenly. The nicotinamide composite bactericide prepared by the invention can obviously synergize the bactericidal effect of phenolic bactericides, has low irritation and lighter unpleasant smell, and is very suitable for application in wash-off products.
