The gelcomprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of traditional Chinese medicine gel, 3-5 parts of polyacrylamide, 2-4 parts of xanthan gum, 2-4 parts of a ginseng root extract, 2-4parts of phenoxyethanol, 2-4 parts of carbomer, 0.1-3 part of glycerol, 3-5 parts of essential oil, 10-15 parts of viscous liquid and 0.1-0.3 part of kojic acid, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine gel comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 2-3 parts of golden cypress, 3-4 parts of frankincense, 3-4 parts of borneol and 6-7 parts of egg white gel.
