The invention provides a group of genetic marker combinations, in total of 18 microhaplotypes and rs numbers of the 18 microhaplotypes . According to the 18 microhaplotype amplification primers, a microhaplotype composite amplification system formixed sample analysis is constructed. Also provided herein is a test kit comprising amplification primers of the aforementioned 18 microhaplotypes. The microhaplotype multiplex amplification system provided by the invention can be used for carrying out forensic medicine identification on a mixed test material, and is high in sensitivity and strong in identification capability.
