Benefits of technology

This patented technical effect lies within this patents that allows medical professionals to rapidly diagnose infectious diseases by collecting their own fluids through various methods such as collection on cotton swabs or absorbent paper strips. These tests have been shown effective against many different types of germs found commonly throughout healthcare settings worldwide (Human Papillomavirus). They also allow researchers to assess how well they've treated chronic illnesses caused by these microorganisms. Digital PCR platforms offer several benefits over older techniques like enzymatic amplification reactions.

Problems solved by technology

This patents discusses different ways to identify and measure important parts during an illness called Acquired Immunodeficient Syndrome ( AIDS). These techniques involve testing large numbers of individuals' lymphoid organoids collected over several months until later stages where symptoms start being observed. They rely heavily upon laborious procedures involving collective exposure to live subjects undergoing therapy. There exists technical problem addressed through these approaches due to slow down process times required for efficient screening processes.

Embodiment Construction

[0059] The technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the drawings and embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the scope of the embodiments.

[0060] For the experimental methods that do not specify specific conditions in the following examples, select according to conventional methods and conditions, or according to the product instructions. The reagents and raw materials used in the present invention are all commercially available.

[0061] 1. The experimental steps of nucleic acid extraction are as follows:

[0062] 1. Centrifuge the clinical whole blood sample (10mL) at 2950rpm for 15min, take 2mL of the upper layer of plasma into the reagent compartment hole 1 of the automatic extractor, and store the remaining samples in a 15mL centrifuge tube at -80°C.

[0063] 2. Add 200 μl Proteinase K, 30 μl magnetic beads and 1 μl Carrier RNA to well 1 respectively.

[0064] 3. Add 1mL buffer GDF to well 2. ...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of biological medicines, and particularly relates to a kit for detecting human herpes virus infection and a detection method thereof. The invention firstly disclosesa kit for simultaneously detecting multiple herpes viruses, the kit comprises a primer probe system for detecting human herpes virus infection, and the primer probe system comprises a nucleotide sequence group as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1-21. When the kit is used for herpes virus detection, the detection period is shortened to 3-4 hours, and clinically common virus infection can be rapidly, efficiently and accurately determined. The detection method provided by the invention can be used for rapidly monitoring the copy number change of the specific virus in the body of the virus infected patient in real time, evaluating in time and providing adjuvant therapy suggestions for clinicians. Compared with the traditional multiple PCR scheme, the efficient multiple multicolor digital PCR experimentalscheme disclosed by the invention has the advantage that the detection method is more efficient and accurate.
