Embodiment Construction

[0025] The technical solution adopted by the present invention will be further described below in combination with schematic diagrams.

[0026] The method for detecting the two hormones progesterone and estrone in the placenta provided by the present invention adopts a Bruker VERTEX70v infrared spectrometer, and the room temperature is kept at an external condition of 20 degrees Celsius. Take the placenta injection solution, pour it into the liquid pool made of polyethylene material as the pool window, and select the specification of 50um optical path length. The infrared spectrometer uses a high-pressure arc mercury lamp as the far-infrared band of the light source, and the resolution is 4cm -1 , wave number selection range from 30cm -1 to 680cm -1 , select 64 acquisition times, multiple acquisitions and use matlab for detrending and smoothing, use an empty liquid pool to take the background reference before collecting the spectrum. At the same time, use an analytical bala...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting two hormones including progesterone and oestrone in placenta. The method comprises the following steps of: performing spectrum acquisition on the oestrone, the progesterone and the placenta by using a Fourier infrared spectrometer to obtain absorption peak frequencies of two standard substances corresponding to the placenta; setting different concentrations of placenta, collecting far infrared and terahertz waveband spectra of the placenta with different concentrations, and detecting the contents of estrone and progesterone hormones corresponding to the placenta with different concentrations by using a high performance liquid chromatography; establishing a prediction model through a partial least squares method according to the absorption peakareas of the absorption frequencies of the two hormones corresponding to the placentas with different concentrations and the contents of the two hormones corresponding to the placentas with differentconcentrations in the solution, so that the content of progesterone and estrone hormones in the placenta solution to be detected can be obtained only by detecting the absorption spectrum of placenta in far infrared and terahertz frequency bands and calculating the area of the absorption peak. Compared with the traditional detection means, the method has the advantages that the detection complexityis greatly reduced, the time is saved, and the cost is very low.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of far-infrared spectroscopy in the terahertz band, in particular to a method for detecting two hormones, progesterone and estrone, in placenta. Background technique [0002] Placenta is a type of injection with biologically active ingredients obtained by extracting nutrients from the placenta. The main ingredients it contains include proteins, nucleic acids, hormones, phospholipids, polysaccharides, amino acids, minerals, vitamins, etc. Because the biologically active substances contained in placenta have a good activation effect on the activity of cells in the body, it has attracted more and more attention from the biomedical field in recent years. [0003] Progesterone is the main biologically active progesterone secreted by the ovary. Progesterone can protect the endometrium of women. During pregnancy, progesterone hormone can provide support and protection for the early growth and development of the fe...
