The invention discloses a food residual formaldehyde cleaning agent which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of polyacrylamide, 3-5 parts of hydrazine hydrate, 10-15 parts of methanol, 3-5 parts of propionyl hydrazine, 3-5 parts of urea and 2-3 parts of a blueberry extract. A preparation method of the food residual formaldehyde cleaning agent comprises the followingsteps of: A1, preparing the blueberry extract; A2, preparing an acryloyl hydrazine high-molecular compound; and A3, synthesizing the cleaning agent. Blueberry fruits contain a large amount of activesubstances such as flavone, polyphenol and anthocyanin and have high antioxidant activity; polyphenol and flavonoid compounds have wide biological activities such as oxidation resistance, free radicalscavenging, cancer resistance, bacterium resistance, virus resistance and inflammation resistance; and residual formaldehyde in food can be effectively removed by adding the blueberry extract.
