Embodiment Construction

[0057] The specific implementation manners of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. The following examples are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0058] Such as Figures 1 to 6A split-type remote-operated automatic respiratory specimen collection robot includes a robot body, which is different in that: the robot body used is provided with a fixed arm 1 and an operating arm 2. Specifically, the fixed arm 1 includes a pair of first X-guiding rails 3 , on which a forehead pad height adjustment mechanism 4 and a brace height adjustment mechanism 5 are installed respectively. Simultaneously, forehead pad height adjustment mechanism 4 is provided with forehead pad assembly 13, in order to realize the proper fixing of patient's head during use. In order to have a better positioning effect, a pillow board 23 can be arrang...

Abstract

The invention relates to a split type robot for automatically collecting a respiratory tract specimen by teleoperation. The robot comprises a robot body, the robot body is provided with a fixed arm and an operation arm. The fixed arm comprises first X-direction guide rails distributed in pairs. A forehead pad height adjusting mechanism and a denture ring height adjusting mechanism are installed onthe first X-direction guide rails respectively. A forehead pad assembly is arranged on the forehead pad height adjusting mechanism. A pillow plate is arranged between the first X-direction guide rails. The operation arm comprises second X-direction guide rails distributed in pairs. A sheath and lifting mechanism and a hose fixing and propelling mechanism or a throat swab and connecting pipe are arranged on the second X-direction guide rails. An endoscope lens is installed on the sheath and lifting mechanism, the throat swab and connecting pipe is installed on the hose fixing and propelling mechanism, and a controller is electrically connected to the robot body. Therefore, under monitoring of the endoscope lenses and cooperation of the controller, local automatic operation or remote control can be achieved, and the exposure risk of medical staff during work is reduced or even avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sample collection device, in particular to a split-type teleoperated automatic respiratory sample collection robot. Background technique [0002] According to the diagnosis and treatment plan for pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus infection, one of the following etiological evidences must be present in order to confirm the diagnosis of a suspected case: [0003] 1. Real-time fluorescence RT-PCR detection of respiratory specimens or blood specimens is positive for the nucleic acid of the novel coronavirus; [0004] 2. Virus gene sequencing of respiratory specimens or blood specimens, which is highly homologous to known new coronaviruses. [0005] Therefore, the collection of specimens is an indispensable and important part of the diagnosis of new coronavirus pneumonia, but this is a high-risk operation that requires multiple repetitions and requires close contact with patients. Coughing, droplets splashing everywhere, the...
