The composite microbial agent coated biological compound fertilizer comprises the Candida tropicalis, Bacillus subtilis and Verticillium chlamydosporium, the Candida tropicalis and Bacillus subtilis can significantly enhance the inhibition effect of Verticillium chlamydosporium on root-knot nematodes. When the composite microbial agent coated biological compound fertilizer is applied to tomato planting as a base fertilizer, the incidence of root-knot nematodes can be significantly inhibited, and high tomato fruit yield can be maintained.
