One end, which is away from the first communicating pipe, of the steam intensifier communicates with the rectifying tower; the end, which is away from the device platform, of the rectifying tower communicates with an air outlet pipe; the end, which is away from the rectifying tower, of the air outlet pipe communicates with the getter pump; a water inlet is formed in the end, which is away from the device platform, of the steam generator; an adjusting knob is arranged on the side wall of the water inlet, and a first transparent viewing window is arranged in the side wall of the steam generator.
