The method comprises the following steps: collecting the inlet phosphorus content of a to-be-treated water source; determining a feedforward dosing amount according to the inlet phosphorus content; completely mixing an agent and water by using a low-position agent feeding modeand a high-position stirring and water discharging mode, acquiring the outlet phosphorus content of a water discharging opening, and feeding back to a control system; and acquiring an agent compensation value through machine autonomous learning and model training by the control system according to the feedback data, and using the compensation value for phosphorus removal and agent feeding control.According to the method, AI mathematical modeling is utilized, a composite controller combining a fuzzy technology and a conventional PID control algorithm and a feedforward and feedback control strategy are adopted, automatic control over phosphorus removal and agent adding is achieved, and the operation cost is reduced; and the integrated device can achieve rapid modular assembly, can adapt tovarious field conditions, is convenient to move, meets the requirement for rapid on-site construction of environment-friendly river dosing emergency project engineering, is high in emergency responsespeed and saves manpower and material resources.
