Problems solved by technology

However, due to the acidic nature of electrolytic manganese slag, it is difficult for plants to grow. At the same time, considering the cost of planting and maintenance, the current greening plants are mainly herbaceous plants, and woody plants are rarely planted, while a large number of trees are transplanted. The cost is high, it is difficult to popularize and apply, and needs to be developed. The in-situ tree planting technology in the storage yard, using the growth of tall trees to absorb a large amount of manganese, sulfur, nitrogen and other elements, can comprehensively solve the problems of electrolytic manganese slag storage yard pollution and ecological restoration

Abstract

The invention discloses an in-situ greening method for an electrolytic manganese residue storage yard. The method comprises the following steps: S1. site reshaping: digging placement pits along a plurality of contour lines of an electrolytic manganese residue heap body; and placing in-situ greening devices in the placement pits, and connecting the in-situ greening devices located at the same contour line, wherein the in-situ greening devices are of frame structures and are alkaline in pH; S2. base greening: planting herbal plants along edges of the placement pits; and S3. deep-layer greening:planting woody plants in the in-situ greening devices after the herbal plants of a surface layer of the electrolytic manganese residue heap body grow stably. According to the method, the woody plantscan be planted at the electrolytic manganese residue storage yard in situ, and greening and maintenance costs are reduced; and by using characteristics of tall and big woods, i.e., high absorption capacity and stable absorption to elements such as manganese, sulfur and nitrogen, entering of pollutants such as manganese compounds and free ammonia in electrolytic manganese residues into a water environment is reduced, and problems in pollution and ecological restoration of the electrolytic manganese residue storage yard are comprehensively solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of electrolytic manganese slag transformation, in particular to an in-situ greening method and an in-situ greening device for an electrolytic manganese slag stockyard. Background technique [0002] Electrolytic manganese slag is a solid waste produced in the production process of manganese smelting enterprises. At present, electrolytic manganese slag is mainly used as building materials. The degree of resource utilization of manganese slag is not high. Open-air stacking not only occupies a large amount of land, but also brings greater environmental risks, especially when washed by rainfall, manganese compounds, free ammonia and other pollutants in the electrolytic manganese slag will enter the water environment, resulting in a decline in the quality of the water environment around the yard. At the same time, the dust generated by the electrolytic manganese slag yard also affects the surrounding air quality. ...
