The method comprisesthe following steps of changing water, wherein a water pumping device and a water injection device are used for changing the water once per 6-8 days, the water change depth of each time is 15-20 cm,and the water level is kept in 1-2 m; spraying quick lime and chlorine dioxide disinfection powder, wherein the whole pond is sprayed with 30-35 g of the quick lime in 1 m<3> of a water body once per7-10 days; applying a bacillus microecological preparation, wherein 15-20 g of the bacillus microecological preparation in 1 m<3> of the water body is directly added into the water per 8-10 days; splashing copper sulfate, wherein the whole pond is splashed with 1.5 g of the copper sulfate in 1 m<3> of the water body, oxygen and running water are added, and the oxygen is added by using an oxygenation device; and performing scientific feeding, wherein the fishes are fed with 20-30 g of fish feed in 1 m<3> of the water body per one day.
