The sample chamber is arrangedin the cooling chamber or the cooling chamber is arranged around the sample chamber; a sensor unit is arranged on the side wall of the sample chamber, and the sensor unit is used for detecting the temperature and the pressure in the sample chamber; the cooling mechanism comprises a cooling liquid tank, a cooling liquid inlet pipe and a cooling liquid outlet pipe; and the sample preparation mechanism comprises a sample gas storage tank, a sample injection pipe, a vacuum pump and a connecting pipe.
