Embodiment Construction

[0034] As mentioned in the background technology, the deficiencies of the prior art are mainly reflected in: the main magnet structure in the existing superconducting DC induction heating technology can only heat a limited one or two workpieces at the same time; the utilization rate of the superconducting magnet is low, and its The advantage of strong magnetic field is not fully reflected in the superconducting induction heating technology; when the superconducting induction heating main magnet is heating the workpiece, excessive radiation and heat leakage caused by convection occupy the time within the heating cycle.

[0035]In order to make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the present application clearer, the technical solution of the present application will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with specific embodiments of the present application and corresponding drawings. Apparently, the described embodiments are only some of the embodi...

Abstract

The invention discloses a superconducting induction heating device capable of simultaneously heating multiple workpieces. The superconducting induction heating device comprises a magnetic conductive iron core, a superconducting coil and iron yokes, wherein the superconducting coil surrounds the magnetic conductive iron core. The magnetic conductive iron core is a columnar iron core, an upper magnetic conductive plate is arranged at an upper end of the magnetic conductive iron core, and a lower magnetic conductive plate is arranged at a lower end of the magnetic conductive iron core; the superconducting coil is connected with an external power supply through a current lead so that the superconducting coil bears a current to generate a magnetic field; each uniform iron yoke is connected withthe upper magnetic conductive plate and the lower magnetic conductive plate, an air gap is arranged in each iron yoke, and the air gaps are used for placing workpieces to be heated; and after the workpieces to be heated are placed in the air gaps, the magnetic conductive iron core conducts the magnetic field generated by the superconducting coil to the multiple iron yokes connected in parallel soas to form multiple series-parallel connection mixed magnetic circuits. The device provided in the invention can heat the plurality of workpieces to be heated at the same time, heating efficiency ofthe workpieces to be heated is improved, and the device has a better adjusting function corresponding to a heating process and power through the mixed magnetic circuits.
