Abstract

The invention discloses a field test method for simulating construction of an ecological irrigation ditch based on microbial-induced calcite precipitation, and belongs to the technical field of waterconservancy projects. The method comprises the following steps that excavating is carried out in a field to form an irrigation ditch base plane; the irrigation ditch is divided into a plurality of subareas by using steel plates; different material and process treatment is carried out on each subarea; the water permeability of a treated irrigation ditch soil body is tested through a water injectionmethod; the shear strength of the soil body is tested by using a portable cross plate shear apparatus; the impact resistance of the soil body is tested by using a total station; and the material andthe process of the ecological irrigation ditch are determined. According to the method, the water permeability, the shear strength and the impact resistance of soil bodies treated according to different parameters and the different processes are compared with one another, the material and the process for constructing the ecological irrigation ditch based on the microbial-induced calcite precipitation are determined, compared with a traditional irrigation ditch construction technology, the ecological irrigation ditch is constructed based on the microbial-induced calcite precipitation, a seriesof problems of greenhouse gas release during cement production, dust pollution, construction waste, soil pollution and the like in concrete lining are avoided, and the ecological irrigation ditch construction technology based on the microbial-induced calcite precipitation is an environment-friendly innovative technology.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a field test method for building an ecological irrigation canal based on microbial mineralization, and belongs to the technical field of water conservancy engineering. Background technique: [0002] Irrigation canals are irrigation canals, which refer to irrigation canals used to divert water for farmland irrigation. At present, the construction of irrigation canals is generally lined with thin concrete, which mainly plays the role of anti-seepage and anti-scouring. One of the main raw materials of concrete lining is cement, and its production process consumes more energy, releases greenhouse gases, and causes dust pollution. At the same time, for some field irrigation canals, subsequent farmland reconstruction often involves rerouting irrigation canals, and the concrete material is a hard lining, which will form construction waste during rerouting, and may even pollute the soil. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a green...
