Abstract

The method comprises the steps of diluting a substrate, 3'-adenosine-5'-phosphate sulfuric acid and sulfonyltransferase to corresponding concentrations by using a PBS buffer solution, reacting at 25 to 42 DEG C for 20 min to 2 h, and then adding 0.5 mol / L NaOH toadjust the pH value of the system to be 10.0 or above, so as to generate an aziridine cyclic compound.
