Embodiment 1

[0017] A method for transplanting and hardening seedlings of tea plantlets with fragrant veins, comprising the following steps:

[0018] (1) the selection of rooted seedlings: select the rooted seedlings with strong growth and vigorous root growth from the medium for inducing the rooting of Xianmai fragrant tea vegetables;

[0019] (2) Pretreatment before transplanting: Rinse the selected rooted seedlings under clear water, wash off the medium attached to the seedlings, cut off the roots that have grown, and soak in 800 times carbendazim solution for 2 minutes, Take out and clean;

[0020] (3) Proportioning of transplanting substrate: select transplanting substrate peat soil and perlite to mix, and the ratio is 1:3;

[0021] (4) Control of seedling hardening environment: Put the transplanted Xianmai fragrant tea vegetables into the greenhouse to harden the seedlings, cover the outside of the greenhouse with a sunshade net with a shading rate of 70%, and within one week after ...

Embodiment 2

[0023] A method for transplanting and hardening seedlings of tea plantlets with fragrant veins, comprising the following steps:

[0024] (1) the selection of rooted seedlings: select the rooted seedlings with strong growth and vigorous root growth from the medium for inducing the rooting of Xianmai fragrant tea vegetables;

[0025] (2) Pretreatment before transplanting: Rinse the selected rooted seedlings under clear water, wash off the medium attached to the seedlings, cut off the roots that have grown, and soak in 700 times carbendazim solution for 2.5 minutes. Take out and clean;

[0026] (3) Proportioning of transplanting substrate: select transplanting substrate peat soil and perlite to mix, and the ratio is 1:3;

[0027] (4) Control of seedling hardening environment: Put the transplanted Xianmai fragrant tea vegetables into the greenhouse to harden the seedlings, cover the outside of the greenhouse with a sunshade net with a shading rate of 75%, and within one week afte...

Embodiment 3

[0029] A method for transplanting and hardening seedlings of tea plantlets with fragrant veins, comprising the following steps:

[0030] (1) the selection of rooted seedlings: select the rooted seedlings with strong growth and vigorous root growth from the medium for inducing the rooting of Xianmai fragrant tea vegetables;

[0031] (2) Pretreatment before transplanting: Rinse the selected rooted seedlings under clear water, wash away the medium attached to the seedlings, cut off the roots that have grown, and soak in 900 times carbendazim solution for 1.5 minutes. Take out and clean;

[0032] (3) Proportioning of transplanting substrate: select transplanting substrate peat soil and perlite to mix, and the ratio is 1:2;

[0033] (4) Control of seedling hardening environment: Put the transplanted Xianmai fragrant tea vegetables into the greenhouse to harden the seedlings, cover the outside of the greenhouse with a sunshade net with a shading rate of 75%, and within one week aft...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of plant tissue culture, and particularly discloses a method for transplanting and hardening tissue culture seedlings of rabdosia nervosa. The method for transplanting and hardening the tissue culture seedlings of the rabdosia nervosa comprises the following steps of (1) selecting seedlings with roots; (2) performing pretreatment before transplanting; (3) proportioning transplanting mediums; and (4) controlling a seedling-hardening environment: putting the transplanted rabdosia nervosa into a greenhouse for seedling hardening, and adjusting and controlling light, temperature and humidity. The method can effectively solves the phenomena that water losses are severe, the survival rate is low and the commodity rate is low during transplanting and seedling hardening of the rabdosia nervosa; by proportioning the different mediums, cost can be reduced, the seedling transplanting flow is simplified, and the survival rate of seedling transplanting reaches up to 95%; by controlling external conditions of seedling hardening after transplanting, the problem that the water losses of the tissue culture seedlings of the rabdosia nervosa are severe canbe effectively solved, and thereby, commodity rate of the seedlings is increased; the market requirements can be effectively met; and a plenty of high-quality rabdosia nervosa seedlings are rapidly supplied for markets.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plant tissue culture, and specifically discloses a method for transplanting and hardening seedlings of tea-vegetable tissue-cultured seedlings. [0002] technical background [0003] Xianmai Xiangchacai is also called Big Leaf Snake Manager, Blue Flower Bupleurum, Maiye Xiangchacai, etc. It belongs to Labiatae, Lamiaceae, Basil subfamily, and Xiangchacai family species. The whole herb is used as medicine, collected in summer and autumn, washed and used fresh or dried in the sun. The taste is slightly pungent, bitter, and cold. Impetigo, eczema, itchy skin. [0004] There are not many reports on the tissue culture of Xianmaixiang tea vegetables, especially the lack of technical support for transplanting and hardening seedlings. The proportion of transplanting substrates of Xianmaixiang tea vegetables is varied and difficult to choose, and there are characteristics such as low survival rate of transplanted...
