Problems solved by technology

Long-term operation experience shows that different degrees of partial discharge (PD) will occur in GIS equipment due to inherent defects or some new insulation problems. With the increase of operating time, these defects will further develop, which may eventually lead to serious damage to GIS equipment. Insulation problems, causing irreparable damage

Abstract

The invention discloses an SF6 decomposition component simulation analysis method based on carbon nanotubes and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a corresponding molecular structure according to a sulfur hexafluoride gas decomposition product and a molecular formula of the carbon nanotubes; selecting a density functional theory (DFT) function and a corresponding basis set; optimizing the molecular structure according to the selected DFT function and the basis set; and performing adsorption simulation according to the optimized molecular structure. According to the method, the molecular structure is optimized according to the selected DFT function and basis set, and adsorption simulation is carried out according to the optimized molecular structure, so that the gas-sensitive characteristics of the carbon nanotubes to sulfur hexafluoride decomposition components is obtained through theoretical simulation, and guidance is provided for actualexperiments.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of gas-insulated combined electrical appliances, in particular to a carbon nanotube-based SF6 decomposition component simulation analysis method and a readable storage medium. Background technique [0002] Sulfur hexafluoride (SF 6 ) gas has a history of hundreds of years. It is an inert gas synthesized by French chemists Moissan and Lebeau by burning sulfur in fluorine gas. SF 6 Chemically stable at room temperature, pure SF 6 The gas is tasteless, odorless and nonflammable. SF 6 In the molecule, six fluorine (F) atoms are arranged in a fully symmetrical octahedron around the central sulfur (S) atom. SF 6 Due to its excellent insulation and arc extinguishing properties, gas has been widely used in gas insulated switched (GIS). Long-term operation experience shows that different degrees of partial discharge (PD) will occur in GIS equipment due to inherent defects or some new insulation problems. With t...
