Problems solved by technology

However, from the perspective of RAN (Radio Access Network, wireless access network), this part of the FTP file has been lost, and all previous efforts have been wasted, resulting in a great waste of wireless resources
In the system simulation, the high file loss rate brought by the aforementioned existing solutions reduces the throughput of the cell and interrupts the users at the edge of the cell

Abstract

The invention aims to provide a method and a device for reducing a file loss rate by cross-layer scheduling between an MAC layer and an RLC layer. A base station tracks the RLC retransmission times ofone FTP file; a corresponding scheduling strategy is executed according to the tracked RLC retransmission times to reduce the file loss rate; wherein the scheduling policy comprises at least any oneof the following: performing a default maximum MAC HARQ retransmission of the remaining number of times on resources allocated for the RLC ARQ retransmission of the remaining number of times; increasing link adaptive redundancy; reducing the number of users of the MU-MIMO until the SU-MIMO for the scheduled UE; and taking the UE of which the average RLC retransmission frequency exceeds a predetermined first threshold value in the recent time period as CoMP UE. Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a new cross-layer scheduling scheme, and the file loss rate can be reduced by cross-layer scheduling between the MAC layer and the RLC layer.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of 5G communication technology, in particular to a technology for cross-layer scheduling to reduce file loss rate. Background technique [0002] Currently, mobile networks are mainly deployed below 3 GHz on a large scale. This is due to increased path loss and high frequencies that are easily blocked, such as mmWave bands in 5G NG (New Radio), which are not sufficiently reliable applications. To overcome the aforementioned robustness shortcomings, 5G NR proposes a tight integration through dual-connectivity, in which multi-mode devices are simultaneously connected to the millimeter wave band and the sub-6 GHz band. The millimeter wave band supports new technologies, such as enhanced 5G antenna technology, for local additional bandwidth and capacity growth; the sub-6GHz band is used for large-scale coverage. Although robustness has been enhanced as much as possible at the physical layer, system simulations still sh...
