The device comprises a preheating box and a clamping plate; an external bracket is welded on the outer surface of the preheating box; a limiting column penetrates in a limiting groove; a feed pipe is arranged on the left side surface of the preheating box; a rotary furnace main body is connected with the lower end of a gas pipe; an exhaust port is formed in the surface of the gas pipe; a connectingpipe is screwed on the left side of a movable joint; an activated carbon filter screen is clamped in a clamping groove; and the clamping plate is positioned above the preheating box.
