Abstract

The invention provides a wireless electric three-way valve and a control method to solve the technical problem of lacking of an electromechanical control function in an existing mechanical valve. Thewireless electric three-way valve comprises a wireless communication device, a controlled motor, a torque transmission mechanical structure and a three-way valve body. The wireless communication device is used for receiving wireless link data to form a control signal of the controlled motor and sending a feedback signal of the controlled motor. The controlled motor is used for receiving the control signal to form continuous torque output in a controlled manner. The torque transmission mechanical structure is used for transmitting and amplifying the output of the controlled motor so as to formacting torque. The three-way valve body is used for rotating a valve rod according to the acting torque and changing the state of a valve element. The torque of the controlled motor can be amplified,and the final rotation precision of the valve rod is improved. The wireless electric three-way valve is particularly important for stability of the control state of the three-way valve controlled wirelessly and electrically. The torque transmission mechanical structure in the scheme can be applied to transformation of other types of valves.
