The large-width double-sided-glaze aluminum foil annealing and oil-removal method comprises the following steps: performing oil-removal treatment while annealing an aluminum foil in an annealing furnace, wherein oil-removal treatment comprises a purging stage and a negative-pressure stage, a positive-pressure state is in the annealing furnace during the purging state, a negative-pressure state is in the annealingfurnace during the negative-pressure stage, and the purging stage and the negative-pressure stage are alternatively performed. According to the technical scheme adopted by the invention, the purging stage and the negative-pressure stage are alternatively performed, oil mist in the annealing furnace is removed under the purging positive-pressure state; meanwhile, during the negative-pressure stage,pressure difference is utilized for applying outward diffusion force to rolling oil attached on the aluminum foil surface, so that greasy dirt on the aluminum foil surface overflows along a gap in the aluminum foil, and the oil-removal effect is relatively good.
