Abstract

The invention discloses a hydraulic machine for producing lime-sand bricks. The hydraulic machine comprises a hydraulic machine body and a hydraulic guide rod; the hydraulic machine body is composed of a top plate, the hydraulic guide rod, guide columns, a guide plate and a base; the four guide columns are uniformly, symmetrically and fixedly connected to the top of the base; the top plate is welded to the tops of the guide columns; and the guide plate is slideably connected among the guide columns. The hydraulic machine body is compact in structure and reasonable in design, and bricks can beeffectively treated by compacting; when a male die plate moves down vertically under the action of the hydraulic guide rod, materials in a female die plate are squeezed; meanwhile by virtue of the action of a jacket outside the female die plate, the lime bricks in the female die plate can be subjected to limiting and squeezing treatment; under the combined action of the male die plate and the jacket, the lime bricks in the female die plate can be squeezed and compacted; and by means of the structure, the lime bricks can be subjected to limiting and compacting treatment, and thus the quality ofthe lime bricks is improved.
