According to the invention, a dehydroxylation section is creatively arranged behind the dry grinding section and before thewet grinding section; a light burning dehydroxylation-decarburization technology is adopted; the granularity of the material is controlled during classification and scattering, so the particle size and morphology of the material are controllable, and the microporous area and the heat exchange area of the material are increased; and in the process of calcining, the material is rapidly calcined to remove hydroxyl and realize whitening, and is then calcined and rapidly cooled without causing closing and blockage of micropores, so porosity is improved, and the calcined kaolin with high oil absorption and high whiteness is prepared.
