Embodiment Construction

[0041] The specific implementation manners of the present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0042] Experimental equipment and parameters

[0043] The SWIR hyperspectral imager produced by GaiaSorter-N25E of Sichuan Shuangli Hepu Technology Co., Ltd. has a wavelength range of 1000-2500nm, a spectral resolution of 12nm, an image resolution of 384*288 pixels, and a spectrometer frame number of 400. The exposure time is 20ms; the experimental platform uses a GaiaSorter-Dual dark box system, which includes a tungsten-halogen light source, an electronic control platform, etc. In order to avoid the influence of external stray light sources, the hyperspectral image acquisition process is carried out in a dark box system.

[0044] Step 1: Collection of samples

[0045] In order to make the established spectral database more widely applicable, this example selected the first and second types of sundries such as the fla...

Abstract

The invention discloses a tobacco impurity classification method based on hyperspectral imaging technology. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly classifying tobacco leaves and impurities by utilizing a shortwave imaging hyperspectral technology, establishing a spectral library including different substances, and then collecting image data of a to-be-detected sample, matching the detected sample by utilizing reference spectrum in the spectral library, and judging the same, and then accomplishing the effective classification and identification of the tobacco leaves and the impurities. The spectrum technology and the two-dimensional image imaging technology are combined. Compared with the prior art, the method disclosed by the invention has the obvious improvements: 1, the tobacco leaves and the impurities are classified by utilizing the shortwave imaging hyperspectral technology, and the spectral library containing different substances is established; 2,the experiment process is free from using toxic and harmful chemicals, simple and convenient, free from damaging the sample and polluting the environment; and 3, the method has the advantages of being simple, quick and accurate in operation, low in cost and high in efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the application field of hyperspectral agricultural production, and in particular relates to a method for classifying tobacco non-smoking substances based on hyperspectral imaging technology. Background technique [0002] Hyperspectral imaging is a comprehensive technology integrating detector technology, precision optical machinery, weak signal detection, computer technology, and information processing technology. Hyperspectral imaging simultaneously detects the two-dimensional geometric space and one-dimensional spectral information of the target, and obtains continuous and narrow-band image data with high spectral resolution. It is a multi-dimensional information acquisition technology that combines imaging technology and spectral technology. Therefore, the use of hyperspectral imaging technology can reflect objects in detail. In the tobacco leaf industry, the quality and purity of tobacco leaf raw materials are directly re...
