Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a zwitter-ion peptide type polymer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, performing a cation open-loop polymerization reaction so as to prepare hydroxyl-terminated poly(2-oxazoline) with double bonds on side chains; S2, performing a reaction on the side chains of poly(2-oxazoline), namely performing photocatalytic addition on sulfydryl-olefin double bonds and an open-loop addition reaction on tertiary amine and cyclic lactone so as to prepare a zwitter-ion peptide type polymer; and S3, hydrolyzing a part of the main chain ofthe zwitter-ion peptide type polymer, so as to prepare the zwitter-ion peptide type polymer with a secondary amine structure in the main chain. The zwitter-ion peptide type polymer which is partiallyhydrolyzed is synthesized, a zwitter-ion peptide type polymer anti-fouling coating is rapidly prepared in a mode of blending deposition of the zwitter-ion peptide type polymer with dopamine in an alkali solution of CuSO4/H2O2, and by adopting the method, the preparation time of the coating can be shortened to a large extent, and the preparation efficiency and the stability of the coating can be improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of electrophoresis analysis, in particular to a preparation method and application of a zwitterionic peptide-like polymer. Background technique [0002] Since the 1980s, capillary electrophoresis (CE) has been applied in many fields such as biomedicine, environmental science, and food safety testing due to its advantages of fast, efficient, economical, and less sample consumption. Among them, the frontal analysis capillary electrophoresis (FACE) analysis method can be used to study the multilevel equilibrium system with medium affinity properties, for example, to study the interaction parameters between drugs and human serum albumin. After the drug enters the blood circulation, it will bind to serum albumin to a certain extent. This interaction determines the effective concentration of the drug in the blood and has an important impact on the metabolism and efficacy of the drug in the body. Therefore, the dru...
