Systematic design is developed for increasing the utilization rate of the phosphate fertilizer, and finally the utilization rate of the phosphate fertilizer can be remarkably increased to 40%-60% or even higher;the utilization rate of the nitrogen fertilizer is higher than that of a common nitrogen fertilizer and can reach 50%-65%, and important application value is achieved.
