Abstract

Provided are a method and a device for determining downlink control information. The method comprises: determining a first number of SCells or a second number of SCells scheduled across carriers; determining a third number of DCI size budget of self-scheduling of a scheduling service cell, wherein the scheduling service cell is a cell bearing DCI of cross-carrier scheduling of a scheduled cell andDCI of self-scheduling of the cell; determining a fourth number of increased DCI size budget of the scheduling service cell according to the first number or the second number; and determining the DCIsize budget of the scheduling service cell according to the third number and the fourth number. In the method of the present invention, a DCI size budget can be determined in a CA scenario, so that aUE can obtain a corresponding DCI size, and blind detection is performed on a self-scheduled DCI format and a cross-carrier scheduled DCI format in a scheduling serving cell.
