The high-reliability intelligent microgrid system comprises a first switch, an alternating-current bus-bar, a bridge type circuit, a direct-current bus-bar, a new energy power generation device and a control unit; the first switch is connected with an external power grid, can be switched on or switched off according to switch control signals outputted by the control unit so as to enable the intelligent microgrid system to enter a grid-connected mode or an off-grid mode; the alternating-current bus-bar is connected with the first switch; the bridge circuit is connected with the alternating-current bus-bar and the direct-current bus-bar; the new energy power generation device is connected with the direct-current bus-bar; the bridge circuit comprises a first energy branch circuit and a second energy branch circuit, wherein the first energy branch circuit and the second energy branch circuit are respectively connected with the alternating-current bus-bar and the direct-current bus-bar; and the first energy branch circuit and the second energy branch circuit are of an parallel connection, so that when any branch circuit is abnormal, the other branch circuit is used as the backup of the abnormal branch circuit. With the high-reliability intelligent microgrid system of the invention adopted, the problem of the bottleneck of a micro-grid can be solved; stable power interaction is presented for a grid-connected port; and emergency power supply requirements are met. The intelligent microgrid system has high stability and reliability.
