Abstract

The formula comprises a basal culturemedium, wherein the basal culture medium comprises 8.6 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 22.75 g of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 32.4 g of disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate and 0.5 g of ammonium chloride, the solution is dissolved in water, the pH value of the obtained solution is 7.4, and then a blender, a trace element solution and a vitamin solution are added. The culture device comprises a base which is placed on a table and four separatory funnels which are arranged above the base, wherein a slow-flow five-port chamber is formed in the junction of the separatory funnels, a reaction chamber communicates with a passage under the slow-flow five-port chamber, and a check valve is arranged between the reaction chamber and the slow-flow five-port chamber; and the reaction chamberis arranged between the base and the separatory funnels. The solution produced by using the technical scheme is weakly alkaline, and is more in line with the growth environment of sea grass, and according to the technical scheme, only the trace buffer nutrient salt is added, and seawater eutrophication is avoided, so that the buffer balance system between bicarbonate and carbonate is maintained.
