Problems solved by technology

For an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) system, a small frequency offset will destroy the frequency orthogonality between the subcarriers of the OFDM system, thereby causing inter-carrier interference (ICI), which will seriously affect the quality of communication.

Abstract

The invention provides a channel estimation method based on neural network prediction. The method comprises: firstly, constructing a neural network based on a channel estimation method of neural network prediction to approach an ideal channel state, and using a large amount of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) channel data for training the neural network; secondly, predicting channel states of other limited data positions through a neural network according to the received pilot signals; and finally, estimating the channel frequency domain response of the residual data positionby utilizing low-order spline interpolation. According to the invention, a backward propagation (BP) neural network is utilized, and the problem of channel estimation under an OFDM channel is solved.Due to the fact that the neural network has the self-adaptive self-learning capacity, the channel estimation precision of the system can be improved.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to the field of wireless communication, in particular to a channel estimation method based on neural network prediction. Background technique: [0002] When the receiving user is in high-speed motion, the frequency of the received signal changes, resulting in propagation frequency dispersion, which becomes the Doppler effect, and the additional frequency shift caused by this is called Doppler frequency shift. And the degree of spread of the Doppler frequency shift is proportional to the user's motion speed. When the mobile station moves towards the base station, the frequency becomes higher; as the mobile station moves away from the base station, the frequency becomes lower. For an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) system, a small frequency offset will destroy the frequency orthogonality between each subcarrier of the OFDM system, thereby causing Inter-Carrier Interference (ICI), which will seriously affect the q...
