According to the method, a target water flow flows into a sample flow cell; the water sample is collected in real time, light source assembly box image acquisition systems are arranged on the two sides ofthe sample flow cell; an optical signal passing through the sample flow cell is acquired by the image acquisition system; consequently, a three-dimensional digital image is acquired, pixel points inthe three-dimensional digital image are analyzed; microorganism types and particulate matter types in the three-dimensional digital image are acquired; according to the method, the problem that in theprior art, manual sampling needs to be conducted in the target water flow and the water sample needs to be brought back to a laboratory for detection is solved, real-time monitoring of the water quality of the target water flow is achieved while real-time detection of microorganisms of the target water flow is achieved, and pre-judgment and early warning are provided for possible problems such aswater eutrophication.
