The basic block chain system comprises a certificate issuing module, a certificate transaction module, a block consensus module and a system maintenance module. According to the invention, a new decentralized block chain underlying engine is created, and in the engine, a part of nodes are delegated for accounting through a simplified DPOS (stock right authorization certification mechanism) algorithm. A traditional global transaction account book is changed into a certificate chain based on a digital certificate (Doken, a digital certificate provided by the invention, which can be represented by a virtual asset or a certain service or an entity asset in reality), and the transaction speed is improved by operating different certificate chains in parallel. The basic block chain method can be used for realizing wide digital certificate issuing, transaction, authentication and other operations, and realizing a set of highly parallel and top-speed computation, and a very reliable decentralized block chain network.
