The invention relates to an atmosphere-vegetation-soil body test system capable of controlling and simulating an atmospheric natural environment. The system comprises a climate simulation device, a standard vegetation-soil body experiment device, a data acquisition device and a data analysis device, wherein the climate simulation device comprises a natural environment simulation box and a rainfallsimulation device; a temperature controller and a humidity controller are arranged above the natural environment simulation box and used for controlling and adjusting the temperature and the humidityduring the test, and illumination controllers are arranged around the natural environment simulation box and used for simulating the illumination during the test; the water inlet pipe of a gas collecting bottle in the rainfall simulation device is connected with a water faucet, the water outlet pipe is connected with a spraying component arranged in the natural environment simulation box throughan electromagnetic valve and a water pipe, the water flow is adjusted in a stepless manner through the electromagnetic valve, and the required flow is controlled to simulate various rainfall forms; and the data acquisition device comprises a runoff drainage flowmeter arranged in a runoff drainage unit and measurement units respectively arranged on layered soil column barrels and used for acquiringinfiltration data of a rainfall soil column.
