Abstract

The synthesis method comprises the following steps: I, putting tetrachloro-p-phthalonitrile, 4-sulfydryl benzoic acid and potassium carbonate into a round-bottom flask in the presence of nitrogen; II, adding dry DMF (dimethyl formamide) into the round-bottom flask so as to obtaina mixed liquid; III, stirring the solution obtained in the step III under a heating condition; and IV, adding hydrochloric acid into the mixed liquid obtained in the step III to terminate reactions,so as to obtain orange precipitate, namely a target product. The invention furthermore discloses a method and application for detecting calcium ions with the phosphorescence molecular probe. The phosphorescence molecular probe is simple in preparation process, high in calcium ion detection sensitivity, good in selectivity and accurate in quantitative detection.
