Problems solved by technology

However, when ordinary cement-based grouting materials are directly applied to underwater grouting, the grout will be lost due to water erosion, which will seriously affect the grouting quality.
However, it is difficult for general underwater non-dispersible agents to achieve the large fluidity and micro-swelling effect required by grouting materials.

Abstract

The invention provides a super early strong cement base underwater non-dispersible repairing material. The material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 25.0%-35.0% of portland cement, 50.0%-60.0% of sulphoaluminate cement, 3.0%-6.0% of lithium slag powder, 1.0%-3.0% of ganister sand, 3.0%-6.0% of hollow microbeads, 0.20%-0.50% of a compound flocculant, 0.5%-1.5% of an early strong agent, 0.20%-0.50% of a retarding agent, 4.0%-8.0% of a volume stabilizing agent, 0.30%-0.80% of a polycarboxylate based superplasticizer and 0.01%-0.03% of a deformer. The super earlystrong cement base underwater non-dispersible repairing material provided by the invention has the characteristics of rapid hardening, early strong performance, high underwater anti-dispersing performance, good bonding, super large flowability, stable volume, simple construction methods, and no toxicity, and is especially suitable for urgent underwater projects such as damp and poor-quality sections, large flow areas and areas waiting to be urgent operation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of rapid underwater repair and reinforcement, in particular to a super-early-strength cement-based underwater non-dispersible repair material. Background technique [0002] Due to the adoption of some new construction techniques, many bridges and water conservancy projects currently under construction in our country need to carry out underwater grouting sealing and water-stop construction under the conditions of high water head, long flow, and small pipe diameter. Concrete cracks need to be repaired or reinforced. Traditional construction methods such as cofferdam drainage method and conduit method cannot be used or the cost is high. A new type of material suitable for direct underwater grouting is needed. [0003] The underwater non-dispersible concrete is to add the underwater non-dispersible agent mainly flocculant to the fresh concrete, so that it can form ionic or covalent bonds with the surface of cement particl...
