The system comprises a test pipeline, a booster pump, a pressure release valve, a vent valve and apressure gauge, wherein a plurality of detecting stations are arranged on the test pipeline and are all used for installing the emergency shut-off valves; the booster pump is connected to a first endof the test pipeline; the pressure release valve is arranged on the first end of the test pipeline; the vent valve is connected to a second end of the test pipeline; and the pressure gauge is arrangedon the second end of the test pipeline. The system disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that a plurality of emergency shut-off valves are installed on the test pipeline, only one ofthe valves is opened at a time, a constant high pressure is set on one side of the valve and the pressure change of the other side is detected to judge whether the emergency shut-off valve in a closedstate meets the airtightness requirements or not; and therefore, the batch processing is realized and the detection efficiency is greatly increased.
