Abstract

The invention discloses centrifugal electrostatic spinning equipment with a compression function. The centrifugal electrostatic spinning equipment comprises a rotary generator and further comprises aconductive receiving plate used for receiving spun yarn thrown out by the rotary generator, a pressing plate opposite to the conductive receiving plate and a pressing drive device driving the pressingplate to move to the conductive receiving plate to execute pressurized spinning. Compression equipment is integrated in the centrifugal electrostatic spinning equipment, so that pressing can be performed only with need of transient stop in the spinning process, and a thin film is prepared from nanofibers discharged out of a needle-like yarn outlet. Meanwhile, compression is fast to start and needs short time, therefore, the nanofibers are compressed when not set, and characters of the nanofibers are changed; besides, by means of the conductive receiving plate, electric field force is producedon spinning by the conductive receiving plate through connection with negative high voltage, the spun yarn is enabled to fall in the conductive receiving plate as quickly as possible, and suspensionis effectively reduced.
