Abstract

The polyurethane rework adhesive mainly comprises 100 parts of a silylated polyurethane prepolymer, 10-26 partsof a filler, 3-4.5 parts of a crosslinking agent, 0.2-0.35 part of a catalyst and 0.01-0.08 part of a water removal agent. The main chain of the polyurethane rework adhesive is a polyurethane structure, and the end group is a polyalkoxy group, so the adhesive has the advantages of high tensile strength, excellent elasticity, room temperature curing mechanism and good bonding strength, has good adhesion to LOCA residual adhesive, can be quickly cured at room temperature, allows the LOCA residual adhesive on the surface of a reworked touch screen to be quickly removed, and improves the rework yield of the touch screen.
