Abstract

The invention provides a spraying device having an electric cylinder needle valve with controllable speed. The spraying device includes a servo electric cylinder, a grating scale displacement sensor,a frame assembly, a needle valve control device and a PLC control system. The frame assembly is provided with an oil inlet. The needle valve control device is arranged in the frame assembly. The needle valve control device includes a needle valve, a push-pull arm and a ball valve. The PLC control system is electrically connected to the servo electric cylinder and the grating scale displacement sensor. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the servo electric cylinder converts rotary motion into precise linear motion to realize high-precision linear motion of the needle valve control device. A displacement state measured by the grating scale displacement sensor is transmitted to the PLC control system for precise control, which ensures good fuel oil spray quality. Meanwhile, anelectric cylinder is used to replace a hydraulic cylinder and a gas cylinder in the prior art, which is more environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
