Embodiment 1

[0029] Under stirring conditions, 1.5g of tetrabutylammonium bromide was dissolved in 80mL of toluene to form a solution with a mass concentration of about 2%, and then 4.66ml of 2.0mol / L nitric acid was added. Add 0.35g (2.08mmol) AgNO to the above solution under stirring condition 3 , after the solution is clear and transparent, add 0.11g (0.26mmol) HAuCl to the reaction solution 4 4H 2 O, the toluene phase is reddish brown, and the water phase is separated after the water phase is colorless and transparent. Then 1.4 g of dodecylmercaptan was added to the reaction solution, and the solution was heated to 30-35°C. Finally, pour 21 mL of 4% sodium borohydride aqueous solution into the reactor, and continue heating and stirring for 24 h. Wherein, the molar ratio of each reactant: tetrabutylammonium bromide, nitric acid, noble metal salt, dodecyl mercaptan, and sodium borohydride is 2:4:1:3:10. After the reaction, the water phase was separated, and the organic phase was dist...

Abstract

The invention discloses preparation and application of gold-silver alloy nano-particles for metal micro-nano structure assembly, and belongs to the technical field of material chemistry. Silver nitrate and an organic solution of a quaternary ammonium salt are mixed and then stirred, a proton acid aqueous solution is added, then chloroauric acid and alkyl mercaptan are added, stirred and heated to30-40 DEG C, then reduction is performed with sodium borohydride, assembling is performed for 8-24 h to obtain the gold-silver alloy nanoparticles with a diameter of 3-4 nm of different gold and silver atom ratios. The molar ratio of the quaternary ammonium salt to protonic acid to noble metal salt to alkyl mercaptan to sodium borohydride is (2-3) to (3-4) to 1 to (2-4) to (6-10), wherein the noble metal salt is prepared form silver nitrate and chlorine, and the proportion of silver nitrate and the chloroauric acid is arbitrary. The preparation process of the gold-silver alloy nanoparticles issimple, the preparation efficiency is high, and the environmental hazards are small; and the alloy nanoparticles have good solubility in an organic solvent, and can be used for assembling by a solution method of a functional metal micro-nano structure.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of nanomaterial preparation, and in particular relates to a high-efficiency preparation method of gold-silver alloy nanoparticles that can be used for metal micro-nano structure assembly. Background technique [0002] Using alkylthiol-modified metal nanoparticles as building units to assemble functional metal micro-nanostructures on a large scale "bottom-up" is a simple and low-cost method that has been widely used since it was first reported in 2006. , and realized a variety of structures such as one-dimensional and two-dimensional metal photonic crystals, metal nanohole arrays, metal nanoring arrays (Nanotechnology 20, 425303, 2009; Optics Express 21, 15314, 2013) and surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrates Assembly of (ZL 2013 10277453.4; Nanoscale, 6, 5099, 2014). At present, the metal nanoparticles that can be used for the assembly of micro-nano structures are mainly gold nanoparticles. The prepa...
