Abstract

The invention discloses an electrode type crude oil water content real-time detector comprising a signal collection part, a signal processing part and a signal transmission part. The signal collectionpart comprises an electrical conductivity signal collection module, a quality signal collection module, a temperature signal collection module and a heating module. The signal processing part comprises a constant current source excitation module, a signal amplification module, an adaptive gear switching module and a true effective value conversion module. in measurement, a constant current sinusoidal excitation signal is applied to one end of the excitation electrode, and connected with the ground via a solution under test to form a loop, so that voltage drop is generated in a receiving electrode; the voltage drop generated by the receiving electrode forms a linear relation with the electrical conductivity of the solution; the electrical conductivities of crude oil at two different temperatures are measured via a temperature sensor and a heating device; and the water content of the crude oil can be computed by using a program formula of a microprocessor in combination with the crude oil fraction vaporization rates corresponding to quality and temperature in two measurements. The computed water content is conveyed to a ground control console via a communication cable, so that the mineralization degree of the crude oil is detected in real time.
