Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic device for reducing the working temperature of a photovoltaic panel. The automatic device comprises a photovoltaic panel, a louver containing a phase change material, and an automatic control device; the louver containing the phase change material is installed on the back surface of the photovoltaic panel, and can temporarily store the heat of the photovoltaicpanel during operation at daytime, and release the heat at night; and the automatic control device includes a single-chip microcomputer, a stepping motor, driving transmission gears, driven transmission gears and transmission belts, wherein the single-chip microcomputer and the stepping motor are installed on the top of the photovoltaic panel, and the driving transmission gears, the driven transmission gears and the transmission belts are installed at two sides of the photovoltaic panel. According to the automatic device, the louver containing the phase change material is controlled by the transmission belts so as be closed to realize heat absorption and to be opened to realize heat release. With the automatic device of the invention adopted, the working temperature of the photovoltaic panel is lowered, the power generation efficiency and total power generation amount of the photovoltaic panel are improved, and the prolonging of the service life of the photovoltaic panel is facilitated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic panel cooling, in particular to an automatic device for reducing the operating temperature of photovoltaic panels. Background technique [0002] The current world energy situation is becoming increasingly tense. Solar energy is one of the important renewable energy sources. Its development and utilization and energy efficiency improvement are particularly important to the national economy and energy security. The increase in the operating temperature of solar photovoltaic panels is an important factor affecting energy efficiency and service life. Normally, the operating temperature of solar photovoltaic panels will rise above the ambient temperature by 40°C to 50°C, and the power generation efficiency will decrease by 0.4%-0.8% for every 1°C increase in operating temperature. Excessive temperature will not only affect the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar photovoltaic panels but al...
