Abstract

The coating herein also comprises the additives of, by mass, 1% of hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide; 1% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate; and 2% of non-ionic BS-12. The particle diameter of the nano ferric oxide is 100 nm. Suitable organic paintings and inorganic nano-additives are selected by adding chiral magnetic elements through an electrochemical method, appropriate surfactants are added, and therefore, the surface adhesion of paintings to substrates is enhanced, and the nano-additives are given hydrophobic and oleophobic properties; the nano-additives are evenly dispersed in paintings, so that the nano-composite coating prepared has good self-healing property.
