Problems solved by technology

[0003] 1) The image is processed in grayscale. Binarization has higher requirements on the environment. The basic requirement is that the background and foreground are relatively pure, such as white characters on a black background or black characters on a white background. If the environment is impure, the recognition difficulty will increase and the error will increase;
[0004] 2) Under certain experimental conditions, such as in water, due to factors such as water surface reflection and corner shadows, it will seriously interfere with the extraction of targets

Abstract

The invention discloses an experimental animal image calibration method based on hue saturation. The method is realized on the basis of OpenCV; When the extracted target is preprocessed, the target isnot converted into a grayscale image, but is converted into a HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) color model, and a warm-toned colorant such as picric acid is applied to the target animal to distinguish itfrom other colors in the HSV color model, and the target extraction is performed on this basis.The method has the advantages that the requirement on the recognition environment is reduced, the anti-interference performance of target extraction is improved through dyeing, particularly, the influence on high light reflected by the water surface and the shadow of the corner can be ignored almost, and the target recognition accuracy is greatly improved in a similar analysis environment. The invention relates to a method for identifying a target through dyeing, which has lower dependence on the identification background, extracts a specific hue area target through color space conversion, and can resist high light on the water surface and corner shadow interference.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an image calibration method, in particular to an experimental animal image calibration method based on hue saturation. Background technique [0002] The calibration of experimental animals is an important aspect in animal behavior research. The initial method was human observation, which was limited by the difference in human subjective feelings, and the judgment threshold was not easy to unify; later, the method of infrared sensing analysis target appeared, which can get rid of the difference of human factors, but the introduction of infrared equipment brings additional equipment lines. Cables and sensors increase, use and maintenance are complicated, and infrared detection is prone to dead angles, which brings convenience to users and also has certain troubles; with the development of computer vision analysis technology, it is possible to identify experimental animals and analyze animals through graphic image analysis. Behav...
