The opening degree of the rotating partition can be changed or adjusted by moving the protruding arm as needed. The mechanical emergency device comprises a supporting assembly, a fixing device, an adjusting bolt and a first adjusting nut, wherein the supportingassembly comprises a lateral supporting device and a vertical supporting device that are mutually perpendicular, and the lateral supporting device is provided with a threaded hole; the fixing deviceis fixedly connected to the protruding arm; one end of the adjusting bolt is connected to the fixing device and the other end of the adjusting bolt is connected to the threaded hole of the lateral supporting device; and the first adjusting nut is used for engaging with the adjusting bolt to adjust the fixing device to the appropriate position.
